If your PC is running slower than when you bought it, freezes from time to time or you just want it cleaned up but aren’t sure how to do it yourself, this is the package for you.

This package is the the most basic, simplest and affordable because of a time trade off on your part. I need to have your computer at my shop for as long as it takes. The expected time to complete is dependent on many variables and limited to native resources available on the PC being cleaned and tuned up. I can’t work any faster than your PC until I can clean it up enough to run faster. The slimmer the hardware resources are, the slower the process is. Larger numbers and size of files requires more “spin time”. As this is a flat fee I do not charge for “spin time”, however some malware and viruses are harder to remove than others and sometimes require manual removal instead of automated removal. Manual removal is rare with an extra charge.

With a barely used PC, I’ve done this whole process in as few as 2 days. PCs that are heavily used with lots of large files and never cleaned, I’ve seen the process take as long as a few weeks. The most viruses I’ve found on a single computer, that I was able to automatically clean, is over 4,000 and it took 3 weeks.

You should back up your important files before giving your PC to me. Backing up your files costs extra and depends if I have space available to backup your files. Although I have been doing this for decades and am accomplished at it, there is always a very minute chance that something may go wrong. I will do my very best to fix it if it does.
